"Postcard to Cesar" is an intimate, reflective piece with a compelling melody and some slightly jazz-inflected harmonies.  It is song-like in form, and has the feel of a ballad.  It is meant to be played with some freedom: players should enjoy using rubato, and deploying tonal effects and vibrato to bring out its emotional impact.  It has a few technical challenges but is is quite playable for a moderate to advanced guitarist.
