Collection: Mair, Angela

Angela Mair, studied classical guitar (majoring in Performance as well as Instrumental Music Education) at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna. Besides the classical guitar, her studies focused on popular guitar, choral conducting, ensemble conducting and piano. She enriched her musical education by studying at the Royal Conservatory of Madrid in Spain for one year.

Angela Mair released three CDs featuring her own music as well as classical guitar compositions.

2015: “Lieder, die mein Leben schreibt” (own songs)

2016: “Sin palabras” (music by J. K. Mertz, M. Giuliani, E. Granados, E. Pujol)

2019: “Licht und Schatten” (own music)

She extended her oeuvre by developing new literature for teaching guitar such as “Guitar Sounds for Beginners” (“Gitarrenklänge für den Anfang”).
