Returns
To return a product, you must email me with your request first. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
Downloadable software products cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I will email you to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also email you to let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a few days.
Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email me at allanbergmann@gmail.com.

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
If shipping an item over €50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
