Collection: Warner, Thomas Henry
Thomas Henry Warner was born in the United Kingdom. He grew up living between Belfast, Northern Ireland, and the south of England. His family emigrated to France in the 1980s when he was six.
He began his musical studies in France, attending lessons at the Conservatoire National de Toulouse. He graduated in the early 2000s with honours in both classical guitar and chamber music under the supervision of the French guitarist Paul-Challain Ferret.
T. H. Warner then pursued studies in Paris at l’Ecole normale de Musique de Paris Alfred Cortot specializing in classical guitar répertoire and the French 11c baroque luth – both classes supervised by the tutorial of François Martin. In parallel to Parisian studies T.H. Warner also graduated from the Conservatoire National de Douai.
T.H. Warner now shares his time between teaching classical guitar and composition. His music is influenced by French esthetic and the Baroque to Moderne musical golden ages of the country that adopted him.
