José Victor Zambrana (born in Managua, Nicaragua) is a guitarist, composer, and public health researcher. He self-taught classical guitar lessons when he was a teenager and took some lessons in modern music theory with Ramai Das, a professional jazzist and director of the international jazz festival of Nicaragua. He has composed over 20 short pieces for solo guitar and 4 four voices compositions. His influences range from impressionism, rock music, and to minimalism.
