Three Flamenco Pieces for solo guitar. 

Suite Andaluza was written for intermediate guitarists and follows on from his Suite Española, also available from Bergmann Edition. The pieces are based on traditional flamenco forms and use a variety of techniques, which are often new to classical guitarists.

Torre Tavira is a lively Alegrías that originates from Cádiz in southern Spain.

 

Farruca is based on a flamenco dance that incorporates intricate footwork and was traditionally only danced by men.

 

El Caballo Blanco is a lively Bulerías - a fast and exciting showcase piece.
