J.S.Bach, Partita No. 2,  BWV 1004

Transcribed and arranged for solo guitar by Yuri Liberzon.

While transcribing J.S Bach’s violin Partita No. 2 BWV 1004 for guitar, I aimed to make the transcription idiomatic for the instrument while maintaining the work's original intent as much as possible. Bass notes were added to enrich harmonies while utilizing available resources of the guitar. One thing that sets this edition apart is the amount of detail given to fingerings of both hands and other suggestive markings.
