Zagros-Shur by Dr. Michael Knopf

For solo guitar
Two Persian Pieces for solo guitar Shur and Zagros are part of my
evolving work in style and genre synthesis in composition. These works
date from 2009 and 2010, respectively. They are both inspired by my
association with Persian music but are hybrid works that are formed
from my eclectic background as a multi-style classical guitarist and
poly-genre composer.
