コレクション: Hayward, Rossini

Rossini Hayward was born in 1981 in London. It was during his studies of Engineering Science at St. Anne’s College, Oxford University that he took his first guitar lessons with Gilbert Biberian, under whose guidance he quickly developed a passion for music, and in particular, composition. In 2006 he went on to study the guitar formally, first at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama with John Mills and finally at the Hochschule für Musik Freiburg with Sonja Prunnbauer, where he graduated in 2012 with the highest honours.
Aside from being a proficient performer Rossini spends much of his time composing and arranging for the guitar. Of his published works, many have been recorded and have enjoyed air time on prominent stations such as BBC Radio 3, NPR and ABC Classics. He has released four albums comprising mainly his own pieces. His second CD, "Stille Nacht: Christmas Carols for Guitar", was released in 2020 by Naxos and has been streamed many millions of times.
Rossini currently lives in Germany where he teaches at the University of Bamberg and the Bamberg Music School.
