Marco Aurelio Alvírez Rosas (1972-2020) Mexican guitarist and composer, owner of an important legacy of compositions for solo instruments, chamber music, choir and orchestra. A graduate of the California Institute of the Arts, he also studied at the Tlamatine Music Studies and Research Center and the Royal Board Associated Schools of Music of London. He wrote music for Radio, Cinema and the CD ROM Mesoamérica of the CN Standard Company. His works have been performed by orchestras and soloists in Cuba, Russia, Holland, Paraguay, United States and Mexico.
