"Bound for South Australia" is a traditional sea shanty first published in 1888; it is also known as "South Australia" or "Rolling King".
It was originally sung by people in several trades working on the Clipper ships which sailed regularly between England and Australia in the 19th Century.
This song has become very popular and is widely performed by folk musicians on TV, radio, music festivals, etc.
