A Fancie was a common name for a piece in Tudor England.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eDowland in Central Park \u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis piece was inspired by \"Skating in Central Park\" by John Lewis and the Modern Jazz Quartet. Like Lewis's, it is a jazz waltz infused with a motive from Dowland's \"Tarleton's Riserrectione\".
