Axel has a master's degree in classical guitar performance from the Royal College of Music in London, where he studied with Gary Ryan, Chris Stell, Carlos Bonell and Jakob Lindberg.\u003cbr\u003ePreviously, Axel studied classical guitar performance with Göran Söllscher, Gunnar Spjuth and David Hansson at the Malmö Academy of Music. An Erasmus exchange allowed Axel to study classical guitar for one semester in Córdoba, Spain, at the Conservatorio Superior de Música de Córdoba.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003eAxel has performed extensively throughout Europe, including concerts in Copenhagen, London, Manchester, Malmö, Stockholm, Gothenburg and Córdoba. During the last few years, Axel has participated in masterclasses with renowned classical guitarists, including Marcin Dylla, Zoran Dukic, Alvaro Pierri, John Mills, Laura Snowden and Mats Bergström.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003eAs a composer, Axel has written works for the classical guitar, guitar and tenor, guitar and orchestra, harp, and string quartet and regularly performs his compositions.
