Since his primary music education years (1998-2003), he started putting sketches on potential music pieces. In 2006 he took the role of bass guitarist in one young rock band from Belgrade, making and performing the band’s original tunes. Three years later, he founded a new band that is active to the present. After another three years, he went to Groningen, the Netherlands. At Prince Claus Conservatorium, he brought \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cem data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003cspan data-preserver-spaces=\"true\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eAlbatross Bass Bird Guitar \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e\u003cspan data-preserver-spaces=\"true\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eto the world (he graduated with the project in June 2014). Here, the artist united strings of bass guitar and classical guitar on one guitar body and instrument neck, playing original arrangements of folk songs from the Balkans. Back in the days of his studies in Beograd, he taught in several music schools as a guitar teacher, to where he returned in 2015. Besides the teaching activities, where many awards and results followed, he continued playing and making music in the rock band and formalizing formerly written sketches to music pieces and methods in music. The music was recorded Lazar Ostojic himself and by colleagues guitarists. One of these collaborations resulted in the publication of the piece he dedicated to the guitarist Mak Grgic, called \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cem data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003cspan data-preserver-spaces=\"true\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eStairway to the Balkans\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e\u003cspan data-preserver-spaces=\"true\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e, released along with the other pieces on a CD named \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cem data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003cspan data-preserver-spaces=\"true\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eBalkanisms\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e\u003cspan data-preserver-spaces=\"true\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e (Naxos, 6\/2019). A Homage, or better say a prayer to keep Johan Sebastian Bach's genuine vibe spreading further was written back in 2013.
